I should be a success and set a good example. My success inspires other franchise owners to have a go and succeed.

Being part of the same system, Smith's franchisees are all buddying business people. As such, as a successful businessman within the system, I should support other franchise school owners who are building up their school. While building up their business, franchisees might become discouraged, impatient, and fearful. I should let them know in advance not to worry about such feelings as they are normal. We all get scared at times. I should encourage them to face their fears in a positive way and that everyone who is a success within the system has gone through the same emotions. I should emphasize with their fear and help them through it.
